How it all started

About Me

For five years after the pandemic hit, I worked from home. What started as a temporary setup became the new normal — and my body paid the price. Hours hunched over a laptop, day after day, slowly turned small aches into real, persistent pain. My hips were tight, my back complained constantly, and I felt years older than I actually was.

I tried stretching. I tried ignoring it. Nothing stuck until I picked up a kettlebell.

Kettlebells were different. They didn’t just build strength in isolation — they demanded mobility, control, and full-body coordination all at once. Every swing, clean, and press forced my body to move the way it was supposed to move. Slowly, the pain started to fade. My hips opened back up. My back stopped aching. I felt strong again — not gym-strong, but functionally strong, the kind that carries into everyday life.

That experience changed the direction of my life. I became a personal trainer because I wanted to help other people find their way back to feeling good in their bodies, especially those who — like me — spent years sitting still and paying for it later.

Today, I specialize in kettlebell training and mobility work. My approach isn’t about chasing personal records or grinding through pain — it’s about rebuilding the foundation: mobility first, strength second, and consistency always. Whether you’re dealing with the aftermath of a sedentary job, recovering from an old injury, or just want to move through life without stiffness holding you back, I’ve been where you are, and I know what it takes to get out of it.

If any of this sounds familiar, I’d love to help.
